By commissioning Momo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Commissions are not first come, first serve. Please understand putting in a request does not guarantee you a slot.
Please submit a commission either through VGEN, email, Twitter or discord. I prioritize VGEN comms.
Communication will be done through twitter and/or email. Please allow at least 1-3 working business days (Monday-Friday) for a response.
Check my trello for open slots before submitting a request for a commission unless otherwise stated.
All overlay animation are minimal and/or simple; 1-2 moving pieces in a single overlay.
Commissions will be delivered through google drive with a link for the clients viewing only. Clients are responsible for downloading all assets to their own server within 1 week.

All materials and files submitted to be used in commissioned pieces should have authorization from the respective artists, as I will not be responsible for any copyright infringement committed by the client.
Clients are not permitted to use any part of the commissioned work for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency and generating derivatives works using AI software and generators.
Major revisions are only acceptable during the first wip phase. Clients are allowed a total of 3 changes to their commission after initial approval is given. Any adjustments to the commission after final approval is given will incur a fee.
Private commissions are applicable. Commissions will be considered public unless otherwise stated beforehand by the client.
Clients should be 18 years and over to purchase a commission.
Momo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time due to harassment and inappropriate behavior.
deadlines and workspeed
Please expect at least 1-2 months wait once your commission is accepted; wait times vary depending upon current workload. Clients may inquire about estimated wait times and deliveries.
You have the right to reserve a deadline for commissions but please make sure to do this prior to payment as I may prioritize other projects before yours.
Please give at least 2 weeks to work on any commission regardless of deadlines; especially for rush orders. I reverse the right to decline the commission if I cannot make the required deadline.
Please be aware I do have a day job - commissions always come second and I do tend to take a while on certain commission types.
payment
Payment may be done through Stripe or PayPal and will be required upfront unless discussed otherwise.
Once an invoice is sent, clients will have a total of 3 days to submit the payment. Failure to do so by the specified due date will terminate the commission.
Commissions over 200$ may be done in partial payments: half upfront and half once FINAL WIP is given. Clients will not receive their commission unless full payment is submitted. Payment plans for anything over 200$+ are applicable on a case by case basis, please inquire beforehand.
commission requirements
Please make sure to provide mood boards / references / aesthetics / elements / theme / color palettes and details about your character and a detailed description of what you would like. I am not responsible for your lack of communication.
Please include a transparent PNG of your model for overlay commissions for public showcases.
refunds and cancellations
Clients will not be eligible for a refund once a project has begun.
If the commission cannot be completed for any reason through no fault of the client, a full refund will be issued.
Should the client insistent on a refund due to an emergency situation, upon prior discussion they will only be given a partial refund up to 20% to 50% depending on where the commission progress lay.
The client revokes the rights to receive any files from the commission upon cancellation.
commercial usage
Momo owns the rights to all commissioned works - regardless of completion status.
The client must credit @honeycrossbuns on any platform they are using the commission. If applicable, please link back to twitter.
The Standard Commercial License is included in all projects unless otherwise stated.

The client agrees to adhere to the ToS as stated by the artist and understands the terms are subject to change. The artist is not responsible should the client fail to read the terms in full before inquiring and/or commissioning the artist.
